DESCRIPTION OF THE FARMHOUSE

Signs, chromatisms, and materials recall the rural past of this land.

This was the very approach underlying the first maintenance work.

Indeed, you can see the wood used to build the pergola, the ‘cannina’ or ‘canniccia’, an object used as sunshade, the double-tile eaves, and the iron parts intentionally left to ‘rust’.

In the interiors, there are warm and pale colours, where all the living functions have been rationalised in order to exploit their exposure to the sun and the landscape.
